Return Policy

Returning an Item

You have the right to return your item within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This means you can email me within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (or a copy)

Please do not send items back without contacting me first – such packages will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong, please let me know as soon as possible after receiving it. Ideally, include a photo of the issue. I’ll do my best to make things right – whether through replacement, repair, or a refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items that are custom-made (e.g., holders with engraved names or personalized text) cannot be returned. Each of these products is made specifically for you.

Sale or clearance items also cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order. Once I receive and approve the return, I’ll send you a refund.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, I’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
