Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment.
I personally check and pack each item to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
I currently ship orders within the European Union. If you’re interested in delivery outside the EU, feel free to contact me directly.
Standard delivery time within the EU is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
In some cases, free shipping may apply (e.g., for certain promotions or minimum order values).
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if available for your chosen shipping method).

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. I cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to find a solution – whether through a replacement, refund, or insurance claim with the carrier.
